Wrong lubricant on the wrong part is the silent killer of bottling lines. Too thin and your gears wear out fast; too thick and your conveyor chains seize; non-food-grade in a direct-contact zone and you fail an audit. We supply the right OEM-recommended lubricants on a structured schedule so neither happens.
What we supply
Gear, hydraulic & compressor oils
- Industrial gear oils (ISO VG 150–680) for blower and filler gearboxes
- Hydraulic oils (ISO VG 32–68) for blower stretching circuits and end-of-line presses
- Synthetic compressor oils for HP PET-blower air compressors
- Refrigeration compressor oils for chillers
Greases
- Multi-purpose lithium greases (NLGI 2 and 3)
- High-temperature greases for oven assemblies and shrink-wrapper bearings
- EP (extreme pressure) greases for high-load bearings
- Specialty greases for capper jaws and labeller cams
Chain & conveyor lubricants
- Synthetic chain oils for high-speed conveyors
- Dry-film and PTFE-fortified chain lubricants for hygiene-sensitive zones

Auxiliary fluids
- Heat-transfer fluids

How we work
Lubrication-schedule planning
We audit your line for every lube point — what oil/grease, what interval, what consumption — and turn that into a structured schedule synchronised with your PM windows.
Supply contracts
Monthly, quarterly, or call-off supply agreements. We hold regional stock so you don't carry working capital you don't need.
Lubricant audits
Independent audits comparing your current lube programme to OEM recommendations — often catches plants using the wrong viscosity grade or non-food-grade in direct-contact zones.
