An AMC isn't a discount on day rates — it's a structural shift in how your plant is supported. Predictable cost, predictable response, predictable parts availability. We offer three tiers so you can match contract depth to plant criticality.
Bronze AMC — fundamentals
- Scheduled preventive maintenance per OEM intervals
- Quarterly site visits
- Documented PM reports into your CMMS
- Best-effort breakdown response (next business day target)
- Parts and labour billed per call-out
Best for: smaller plants, non-critical lines, well-staffed in-house maintenance teams that just want OEM-grade PM coverage.
Silver AMC — response-time guarantee
- Everything in Bronze
- Monthly site visits
- Guaranteed response-time SLA: 8h on-site in country, 24h regional
- Discounted day rates and parts margins for additional work
- Lubricant supply included (NSF H1 grades extra)
- Quarterly OEE benchmarking report
Best for: high-volume CSD and water plants where downtime cost > USD 3,000/hour.
Gold AMC — parts-inclusive, plant-resident
- Everything in Silver
- Resident engineer — BMM technician stationed at your plant during operating hours
- Parts-inclusive: all wear parts, consumables, and OEM spares (excluding capital replacements) bundled into annual fee
- Faster SLA: 4h on-site response in country
- Lubricants and Donaldson filters fully included
- Annual line-OEE and energy audit
- Operator training (4 sessions/year)
Best for: large multi-line plants, water-bottling plants where every hour of downtime > USD 8,000.
How AMC pricing works
AMC fees are set against plant complexity, line speeds, OEM mix, response-time SLA, and parts-inclusive scope. As an indicative benchmark in the GCC:
- Bronze on a single 24,000 bph PET line: USD 18k-35k/year
- Silver on the same line: USD 35k-70k/year
- Gold on a multi-line water plant (3 lines, ~60,000 bph aggregate): USD 250k-450k/year
What AMCs always exclude
- Capital replacements (entire machines)
- Major retrofits beyond the like-for-like wear-part envelope
- Insurance and statutory inspections
